Security services in Mumbai and Maharashtra through BFM's partnerships with reputed security agencies — trained guards and supervisors, gate and visitor management, patrolling and incident reporting, integrated with your housekeeping and technical facility contract.
Security services in Mumbai & Maharashtra
BFM provides security through long-standing partnerships with reputed, licensed security agencies, so you can keep guarding, housekeeping and technical services under one facility contract and one point of accountability. Personnel are trained, equipped and scheduled to a security plan built around your site’s risk profile.
Scope
- Trained guards and supervisors on shift rotation (day, night, 24×7).
- Gate management, visitor logs, material in/out registers and access control.
- Patrolling schedules, incident reporting and escalation.
- Coordination with CCTV, alarm and fire systems.
- Event and temporary cover.
Areas served
Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and Pune; other districts within integrated contracts.
How a BFM contract starts
- Site walk-through — we inspect the premises, map recurring issues and note access, shifts and safety requirements. Nothing is quoted from a template.
- Scope & staffing plan — a written scope, headcount, shift pattern, equipment list and SLA tailored to the site.
- Mobilisation — verified, trained and uniformed staff deployed with a supervisor; checklists and registers set up on day one.
- Review — monthly reports, inspection scores and a review meeting so standards keep rising.
Reporting & accountability
Every BFM site runs on supervisor checklists, attendance records and incident logs. You receive a monthly report with completed schedules, issues raised and closed, consumable usage and statutory documentation — the paperwork your auditors, committee or management ask for. If you bundle several services (for example housekeeping, pantry and technical AMC), they sit under one supervisor structure and one invoice.

Common questions
Are the guards BFM employees?
Security personnel are deployed through licensed partner agencies under BFM's integrated contract, with BFM holding accountability, supervision and the single point of contact. Security agencies in Maharashtra operate under PSARA licensing, and BFM works only with licensed partners whose documentation is current. For the client the practical effect is one contract, one escalation path and one invoice covering security alongside housekeeping and technical services rather than separate relationships that blame each other.
Can security be combined with housekeeping and technical services?
Yes, and it is the usual model. One contract, one supervisory structure, one reporting pack and one invoice covering guarding, housekeeping and technical support. The operational gain is that incidents crossing more than one function — an after-hours leak, a fire-panel alarm, a lift entrapment — get a coordinated response rather than three separate calls. It also removes the argument about which contractor was responsible when something falls between scopes.
Are personnel verified and trained?
Yes. Personnel are police-verified before deployment, uniformed, issued identity cards, and trained on the site's specific requirements — access control and visitor procedure, patrol routes and timings, emergency and evacuation response, incident escalation, and the conduct expected in a corporate or residential setting. Site-specific briefing matters as much as generic training: a guard who knows your building's layout and your escalation contacts is worth considerably more than one who does not.
What shift patterns are available?
Round-the-clock cover in eight- or twelve-hour shifts, day-only deployment, or reinforced cover at peak hours, set to the site's actual risk profile and access pattern. Supervision is deployed on each shift rather than day-shift only, because unsupervised night shifts are where attendance and alertness problems appear first. Shift patterns, post locations and relief arrangements are fixed at the survey and reviewed as your occupancy or risk profile changes.
How is security priced?
Security is priced per deployed post per month, with the rate depending on the shift pattern, the skill category, and whether supervisory and armed or specialist posts are required. Twelve-hour shifts are typically deployed as two posts per position for continuous cover; the arithmetic of what continuous cover actually costs is worth confirming at the quotation stage, because underquoted security contracts are usually underquoted on the number of posts rather than the rate.
Do you provide incident and visitor records?
Yes. Visitor and material movement registers, patrol and post logs, shift handover records and an incident register are maintained on site and summarised monthly. For corporate and government premises these records are frequently the reason the contract exists, and they are only useful if they are maintained contemporaneously rather than written up at the end of a shift, which is one of the things site supervision is there to enforce.
