How a BFM contract starts

1. Site walk-through — we inspect the premises, map recurring issues and note access, shifts and safety requirements. Nothing is quoted from a template.
2. Scope & staffing plan — a written scope, headcount, shift pattern, equipment list and SLA tailored to the site.
3. Mobilisation — verified, trained and uniformed staff deployed with a supervisor; checklists and registers set up on day one.
4. Review — monthly reports, inspection scores and a review meeting so standards keep rising.

Reporting & accountability

Every BFM site runs on supervisor checklists, attendance records and incident logs. You receive a monthly report with completed schedules, issues raised and closed, consumable usage and statutory documentation — the paperwork your auditors, committee or management ask for. If you bundle several services (for example housekeeping, pantry and technical AMC), they sit under one supervisor structure and one invoice.
