Skilled & Unskilled Manpower by Bohra Facility Management in Mumbai & Maharashtra

Skilled and unskilled manpower supply in Mumbai and Maharashtra — electricians, plumbers, carpenters and HVAC technicians plus helpers, loaders and general facility workers, background-verified, trained and supervised, with PF/ESIC and wage compliance handled by BFM.

Manpower supply in Mumbai & Maharashtra

Since 1994 BFM has supplied verified, trained manpower to government departments, developers and corporates across Maharashtra. We provide both skilled trades and unskilled labour on contract, with supervisors, attendance systems and statutory compliance handled by us — so you get a single accountable partner rather than a headcount problem.

What we supply

  • Skilled — electricians, plumbers, carpenters, HVAC and MST technicians, pantry staff, supervisors.
  • Unskilled — helpers, loaders/unloaders, general maintenance and facility workers.
  • Project manpower — possession and handover crews, event staff, seasonal surges.

How we run it

  • Background verification and induction training for every worker.
  • Uniforms, ID cards and biometric/attendance reporting.
  • Statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, minimum wages and registers maintained by BFM [client to verify scope in contract].
  • Supervisors on site and replacement guarantees on absenteeism.

Areas served

Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Kolhapur, Gondia and Bhandara — including airport, GST and railway premises.

Pricing

Per head per month by skill category, inclusive of statutory components and supervision; project work per day or per task.

How a BFM contract starts

  1. Site walk-through — we inspect the premises, map recurring issues and note access, shifts and safety requirements. Nothing is quoted from a template.
  2. Scope & staffing plan — a written scope, headcount, shift pattern, equipment list and SLA tailored to the site.
  3. Mobilisation — verified, trained and uniformed staff deployed with a supervisor; checklists and registers set up on day one.
  4. Review — monthly reports, inspection scores and a review meeting so standards keep rising.

Reporting & accountability

Every BFM site runs on supervisor checklists, attendance records and incident logs. You receive a monthly report with completed schedules, issues raised and closed, consumable usage and statutory documentation — the paperwork your auditors, committee or management ask for. If you bundle several services (for example housekeeping, pantry and technical AMC), they sit under one supervisor structure and one invoice.

Common questions

Do you handle PF, ESIC and statutory compliance?

Yes. Provident Fund, ESIC, minimum wage compliance, wage registers, attendance records and the returns that go with them are managed by BFM, with monthly documentation provided to you. This is the part of manpower supply that carries the real risk: as principal employer you can be held liable for a contractor's non-compliance, so the documentation is not administrative overhead but the evidence that protects you. BFM's records are available for audit at any time.

Are the staff on BFM's own rolls?

Yes. Skilled and unskilled staff deployed by BFM are our employees, police-verified before deployment, uniformed and issued identity cards, with statutory contributions paid and recorded. This is a different arrangement from an agency that introduces workers and leaves the employment relationship ambiguous. It is also why replacement, discipline, training and compliance are BFM's responsibility rather than something that lands back on your facility team.

How quickly can you replace someone?

Planned absence is covered by a named substitute arranged in advance. Unplanned absence is escalated by the site supervisor the same morning and backfilled from the reliever pool. Where a permanent replacement is needed, recruitment, verification and induction typically take a few working days for unskilled roles and longer for skilled trades, with interim cover in place throughout. You are billed for deployed strength, so uncovered shortfalls are adjusted on the invoice.

How is manpower supply priced?

Pricing is per deployed person per month and is built from the applicable minimum wage for the skill category and location, statutory contributions, uniforms, supervision and BFM's management fee. Skilled trades price higher than unskilled. A quote materially below the sum of wage plus statutory contributions is a warning sign rather than a saving, because the shortfall has to come from somewhere — usually unpaid contributions that become the principal employer's problem.

What roles can you supply?

Housekeeping staff and supervisors, pantry attendants, gardeners, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, HVAC and multi-skilled technicians, STP operators, parking attendants, helpers and loaders, and site supervisory and facility management staff. Where a role sits outside BFM's own trades, it is arranged through vetted partners under BFM's contract so accountability stays in one place. Requirements are confirmed during the walk-through, including shift pattern and any site-specific verification you need.

Do you provide supervision, or just headcount?

Supervision is part of the model, not an add-on. A deployment without a supervisor is labour supply, and it degrades within weeks because nobody on site owns attendance, standards or escalation. BFM deploys supervisors in proportion to headcount and shift pattern, with a reporting line above them, so you have one person accountable on site and one point of contact above them. That structure is what the monthly reporting rests on.
