An airport sets the standard
Our Nagpur operation is built around a long-running Airports Authority of India contract. An airport terminal is the most demanding housekeeping environment we work in: it never closes, the public areas are judged continuously rather than at an inspection, and the standard is set by the regulator rather than negotiated with the client.
What that discipline transfers to
Terminal work forces habits that most commercial contracts never develop — continuous cleaning rather than scheduled passes, staff cleared and badged before they ever reach the floor, defined restricted-area protocols, and a supervisor who is accountable in real time rather than at month end. We run our other central India sites the same way because it is the standard the team already knows.
Round-the-clock, genuinely
A lot of contracts describe themselves as 24×7 and mean a night watchman. Ours means three staffed shifts with supervision on each, a documented handover between them, and cover planned for absence rather than improvised on the day.
Central India reach
Nagpur is our base for the wider central India work, including sites at Bhandara and Gondia. It is a genuinely different operating market from Mumbai — longer distances between sites, a thinner contractor base and clients who are mostly government or institutional — so we run it as its own operation rather than as an extension of the Mumbai roster.
