Bohra Facility Management (“BFM”, “we”, “us”) runs this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect through it, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. It was last reviewed in September 2026.
Information you give us
We only collect what you type into a form. There is no account system on this site and we do not ask for payment details anywhere.
- Enquiry and quote forms. Your name, email address, phone number, company name and whatever you tell us about your premises — property type, approximate area, city and PIN code, services you are interested in, current provider, preferred start date and any notes you add.
- Job applications. Your name, email address, phone number, location, the role you are applying for, your experience and the CV file you attach.
Please do not send us sensitive personal information — identity numbers, bank details, health or biometric data — through these forms. We do not ask for it and we do not need it to answer an enquiry.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you become a client, to run the contract.
- To assess a job application and contact you about it.
- To keep an internal record of enquiries so we can follow up properly.
- To keep the site secure and block automated spam.
We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not use it for advertising. We will not send you marketing email you did not ask for.
Where it goes
When you submit a form, the information is saved as an enquiry record in this website’s database and emailed to our office so a person can act on it. An attached CV is stored in a directory that is not reachable from the web, given a randomised filename, and emailed to us as an attachment. Deleting the enquiry record also deletes the stored CV file.
Access is limited to BFM staff who need it to answer you. Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, and our email is delivered by a third-party mail provider; both process this information on our behalf.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It sets cookies in your browser and records information such as the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, and the type of device and browser you use. We have not enabled Google’s advertising features, and we do not use advertising or social-media tracking cookies.
This site is protected by reCAPTCHA to stop automated spam, and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information from your device to tell people apart from bots.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work normally if you do.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them for the business relationship, and for any period required by law or for our records. Unsuccessful job applications and their CVs are kept only for as long as they are useful for future openings. You can ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights — including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — we will handle your request in line with those rules.

Children
This site is aimed at businesses, housing societies and institutions. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Some pages link out to other websites, including Google and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information — please read their own privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the review date above.
